Hey love that you're looking for builders to help you out setting up a nice fitting and hopefully exceptionally good looking guild base. So keep that in mind when you read this.

I know there isn't really a standard yet for how to ask for this in the global WWM builders community, but what are the requirements? I guess it would help the professionalism of the offer if:

• providing clarity regarding expertise in
  • buildings (pagodas,pavilions,estates,etc.)
  • landscaping (mountain, forest garden, etc.)
  • certain styles (wuxia, C-drama, historical, modern, etc.)
  • specific building elements (architectural: roof structures, brackets,... ; interior design)
• clarity for timeframe or expectations of availability
• some clarity of compensation

Now all of the above is optional, but I find it sensible. I might be a bit pedantic about it and many other things, but you are looking for a professional after all.
