After creating a diagram in the Guild Base, how do you actually place that diagram? Is some special permission necessary?

If its a diagram you made in guild base, then its a diagram off ALL placed in the base.
to make and place a smaller(500max pieces) diagram in guild base you have to make it in your own world and then place in base like you would in your own world.
