This seems bugged. I got 3 I can't delete. Turned out you can't make blueprints in Guild Base.

there is a delete button before it loaded, you can delete and re-login
you can also quit without saving a blueprint by teleporting to somewhere

nope, i'm assuming this whole feature is simply not properly implemented yet

its very odd, it only works before the diagram preview shots load on the screen so have to click the diagram and press X quickly, but at least it does the job i suppose
