It was available in the last gacha pull. You got it as a reward for pulling with lingering melodies

Was gonna answer! Yeah, stargazing was something you got previous lingering echo thing. I got the earrings the same way, I basically threw all possible pulls at it lol

I grinded last minute frantically solving puzzles for the last 2 lingering Melodies before I reached 50 by literally an hour before maintenance

I think they did give a nice touch!
