Cannot access main character after creating a second character

They fixed it but they deleted my main character and intead left my newly created character 🤬

I found something that might fix it @empty atlas @fast coral @quasi mirage log into the game either on another device besides your main one and it will default to your first slot

It worked for me it will probably work for you

Yes I can confirm that it is not just how it seems in the game - if I login to the account centre from the link above I now only have my 1 lvl character there lol
Just a few hours before it actually was both and the game was defaulting to the old one

hi guys, I created 2 characters on the same steam account. I can't link the new character on NetEase Games and the old one disappeared. Now I can close the game by only pressing Alt F4 and the "User Centre "option no longer appears under Account Info. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Hello all. I'm utterly confused about how this whole linking/unlinking/binding/unbinding thing works. I installed the game on Steam, and didn't have any launcher or anything pop up, nor a net ease account. I created my character, but wanted to restart. I didn't have a net ease account either, but I created one, but when i try to link my steam account to that net ease account, I get an error that the steam account is already linked. Now I've downloaded the launcher from the WWM website, and am installing the game through the launcher as well.

Can someone please explain what I need to do to create a new character, with which to play using either the launcher or steam. To be clear, I don't want to keep the old character.

You should be able to create it now or get back the one you tried to create and lost access to from before (I did)
