Trade Commission is the system Where Winds Meet offers to gain the Commerce Coin currency in the Kaifeng Region.
What is Commerce Coin?
This is the currency you need to pay for services within the Kaifeng region such as food vendors, baths, and to take on disguise quests and more. You can also use this currency at Feng's Trade Hall.

Trade Commission
Trade Week Resets on Friday at <t:1767733200:t>
The three Trading Goods rotate; the Price Bulletin changes and its "Time remaining" timer resets.
Weekly Reset is Sunday at <t:1767733200:t>
It is at this point where your vendor purchase amounts refresh. If you happen to sell early you can actually buy another batch of goods.
Where do I go?
This is where you will now visit The **Trade Commission hall **and speak with Zhang Qiyue behind the gated counter. He will offer you the fluctuation announcement and the ability to trade.
Does this effect me in any way if someone sells in my world? *
No, accepting other player invites* does not impact you in any way at all**. Players trading to your NPC (or you making trades in another world) only contributes to the sellers Commerce Coin increase. You do not lose anything, don't forget to leave a like in player sign posts on your way out! 
Why am I getting spam requested for people to make sales in my world?
This is because your local fluctuation<t:1767733200:t> for that specific item is high, so people will want to sell to your NPC! Don't worry, again this has no negative impact on you or your world.

Upon clicking the fluctuation announcement you will see what the local fluctuation for you is and the remote fluctuation is.
**Local Fluctuation **= What has increased specifically in your world and what other players will join your world to sell.
Remote Fluctuation = What is cheap in your world to buy but can be sold higher in other player's worlds.

Feng's Trade Hall
Feng Cheng is the NPC next door to the Trade Commission whom sells some of the items that tend to fluctuate on the market, as well as items for your scenario and an avatar. This NPC also rents additional storage rooms for a one month period such as:
Mansion: 60 additional goods slots (10,000 Commerce Coin free)
Compound: 30 additional goods slots (1000 Commerce Coin fee)
**Dwelling: **15 additional goods slots (100 Commerce Coin fee)
The additional storage slots do not stack. Only the highest-value option applies

There are many vendors within Kaifeng that sell tradeable items for the Market Fluctuation such as:
Sun Yidao - Pork
Feng Cheng - Majority of other items
Jun Nianshan - Safflower
Wang Luoming - Ramie
Qiao Hongyao - Chrysanthemum
Liang Jinzhou - Jade Disc
Wan Guangming - Horseman Lantern
Song Nian - Kesi Tapestry
You can view their locations on the map bellow at the Sparrow marked locations or alternatively, during fluctuation you can click on the item and check the "How to Obtain" section of it's information and locate the specific NPC that way. (Please note some NPCs wander inside and outside of their shops)
