so since i started building different thing in this game i noticed that there a alot furniture that I dont own the Blueprint to make said items and when looking up what scares enough i can gather, those items were attainable via renting all 3 currents house available to us. Some said that after dismantling them you'd get their recipe but that was not true. Also leasing the houses after the timer ends does not reset the items at any of the houses, meaning you can only get those items one time. That leads to my questioned, do we only get a set amount of those items overall? or did i misunderstand and or missed something on getting their Bp work. Also all the furnace/blacksmith items are able to be made but not placeable in construction mode

So if I understood correctly currently the furniture sets from the rental homes are unique in that way. Having said that, this is very likely remedied at the latest by the building / estate update.
No clue when that will release on global though
