Not that I know of. I know you can trade collections which is just the bowl set at the moment. Otherwise, I don't know of any other type of trading.

technically one could 'trade' mats by inviting ppl into coop and have them build houses and stuff. Afaik that should transfer the used materials right?
Is it even possible to trade outfits? Heard that there is an option to do so for bought outfits on the CN version, but that option iirc isn't a thing on the international version

There should be a toggle somewhere in the options about allowing players to build in your sp world. At least I think I saw one.

Yeah u can build in coop worlds leader has to enable it.

you can trade mats but it is tedious... so player 1 goes to player 2 SP world and builds wood or stone items. player 1 has to leave world first before you start deconstructing. once you are alone all mats then goto you. very pain staking way of trading but you can do it
i learned this after a random joined my world and decided to build a tower like he was in a fortnite battle in a random location. once he was gone i tore it down and got all the mats

Should we start gathering materials now for when we get a more advanced base building ?? maybe buying from npcs, but there are so many I dont know what mats to prioritize to buy weekly

Afaik there will be an additional currency for the estate system that will allow you to use the estate building blueprints
