I caved and bought the monthly pass + BP, and bought several outfits with the 300 pearls + did a roll on the veiled outfit draw and managed to get the blindfold. Ended up with this design and I'm in love with it. Will be so much better once I get that long hairstyle from the still shore boss. If only the blindfold could be dyed.

There's a reddit post that explains it. If you search for "where winds meet remove flowers" it should be the first thing that pops up. and supposedly it works for other hairs too, but I haven't tried yet. Alternatively: the post title is "I found a way to get rid of the flowers in the new hair!"

Finally got the chasing red hair, and my mc that already looked great now looks even better.
