You can unlock a monk-style outfit for free in the game -- including a shaved head with Jieba (the ritual burn scar dots).
It's a relatively plain-looking outfit that can't be dyed though.

Actually, due to philosophical and cultural reasons, cutting your hair was seen as disrespectful to your parents. And doing so was usually reserved as a punishment.

There are specific reasons for it being a thing in China though, and your character is technically meant to be Chinese given they were likely born there.

I do find it kind of funny that they're pretty restrictive with hair -- both styles and colour -- during creation, but then they'll give you so much freedom with sliders that you can make Spongebob or Yoda. Lmao.
