These changes will be implemented in a Dec 12 update (UTC+8)

[1v1 Arena] Gameplay Hours: available daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 PM the next day (UTC).
[Guild] Enhanced Time Display: shows event times in your local timezone.

Thank you for adding this important issue to the known issues list. 👍
The time displayed in-game does not match the actual time in the time zone.
In addition, there is also the problem that events take place in the middle of the day and not during primetime in the respective time zone. We sincerely hope that we will be able to schedule events (and especially the Guild War) during primetime in the evening.

Could you possibly clarify whether this is only a matter of displaying the correct time or whether there will also be a fix for the available event times?

Will this fix arena too? currently almost everyone is working or sleeping when arenas are open so we can't never play this game mode

Please try to get this issue under control as quickly as possible. Many players are currently missing out on a large portion of the events—that is, a significant amount of the game’s available content.

As long as we continue to receive content at regular intervals due to increases in the maximum level, this is more or less manageable. However, once players depend on endgame content, which often relies on the aforementioned time zones, it could very quickly lead to players losing interest in the game and choosing not to continue playing.

This absolutely needs to be resolved by the start of the season at the latest; otherwise, no competitively meaningful PvP events can take place.

Yeah i can also Feel this ... Our DIscord is full of Angry people because of the Breaking Army Event where nobody of us could do it... Thats just unfair for everyone who works....

For now, what works for me was that you choose China time, but the day(Monday,Tuesday,...) you choose yours. Worked for me once

Yeah in Melbourne Australia our times seem to be 3 hours behind in game.. have had to set all our guild times to 5:30 so that we get it at 8:30pm we aint in what ever asian country thats coming from.. basically tells me that u have us playing on the wrong server.. especially considering im getting 300 ping

Both arena mode and other events should be adjusted to specific time zones depending on the region; adjusting to Chinese time is not feasible.

Any info? If the EU/NA and overall regions wont have its own server time for the events, especially before the GvG patch, a lot of players will quit instantly.

Hello,
I wanted to ask again what the investigation has found out so far.
Yesterday's DEV video mentioned that the times would be improved. However, it only referred to a “better time display.” If necessary, we can convert the time display to our local time ourselves. Our main problem, however, is that the game does not allow guild events (party, breaking army, test your skills, etc.) to be offered at times that are during our prime time. Clarification would be very helpful here.

For anyone who wants to build and manage a healthy and stable guild in the long term, this is currently the biggest problem, and we need a quick fix so that we can successfully build our community. Therefore, here are two suggestions for a short-term and a long-term solution:

  1. Short term:
    Please allow guild events (e.g., parties) to be scheduled 00:00-23:59. This will allow European and American players to participate in these events as well.

  2. Long term:
    Especially with regard to future guild wars (and arena), we need separate time slots for the EU, Asia, and NA. Or the option for guilds to choose the time slot for the wars. Wars must take place in the evening during primetime to enable regular and competitive participation for the EU and NA in the long term.

Not only is it a rough time for a lot of people, but today me and a couple of guildmates tried the Breaking Arms boss, and after 30 minutes it closed, even though the description says it’s supposed to last up to an hour.
I even checked the UTC+8 timezone and it wasn’t 00:30 yet.

Primetime in the EU is approximately 8 p.m. to midnight UTC.
The upcoming change is a major improvement because most of us were unable to participate in guild events before.
Extending the opening hours of guild events and the arena to 22 hours is a very good short-term measure.
For players in the EU, however, the 2-hour break is right in the middle of primetime. For the moment, we can organize ourselves around the break.
However, I am still concerned about guild wars. If the times remain the same, EU players and EU guilds will continue to be at a significant disadvantage, as the 2-hour closure falls right in the middle of EU primetime.
Could you please check with the dev team again to see how EU players can be accommodated here, especially with regard to wars?

It's weekend only and only available for like 2 and a half hours in CN. However, those are not likely to come to global for quite a few months, so I wouldn't worry about that until news of it being added comes out

Guild wars no matter what wont be based on your choice. It will be fixed for entire server twice per week cuz your opponent has to follow same exact timing of your match up. You can't say for example imma do guild war 9pm. and some other guild 8pm. It doesnt work like that anyway

Unfortunately, that's not how competitive PVP guilds work. For them, it's already a crucial question whether they will be able to participate in wars in their time zone in the future. Only then is it worth spending months building up such a guild.
It is clear that guilds in a region will have wars at the same time. A global timer for the whole world will not work, or rather, some regions will not be able to participate. I have described the problem and possible solutions in my last posts.

There is no 2 hour time bracket that works for all guilds across all regions. If you set it to be midnight in the US, SEA is happy, EU is happy, NA is not.
This happens for all regions no matter whose prime time you pretend isn't getting shafted. As it stands, we don't know if they will or won't, but that content won't be coming for months. Very little reason to complain about something we have no information on at this time.

Guild events literally open from 9:30PM till 7:30pm the next day so almost entire day. There is no way in hell a so called competitive player cant find time during 9 or 10 pm to play some war or 7pm? Are they busy all day? Then how can they be competitive to begin with

We have successfully moved the Guild Party to the evening.
We're going to celebrate that today! Thank you very much for this change! ❤️
We still have problems with Test Your Skills, where the new times do not seem to be active yet (currently only 06:00-16:30 local time).
~~In Breaking Army, changing the time is currently not working, probably because one of the two events has already taken place. ~~But Breaking Army shows the new extended times correctly.
Edit: I was able to change time for Breaking Army after the upcoming Braking Army event ended.

My guild is completely bugged now.. no matter what days or times I change the events to they go back to some other time.. I had no issue with the times before was easy to work out coz was a 3 hour time difference now that they have so called fixed it I cant change times at all

I'm Having the same issue

In the first few weeks of our Guild, everything was smooth; I set the times once and didnt have to adjust them
Last week Breaking Army event started two hours early, even though I hadn't changed any settings
This week, I had double checked the events on Monday, and everything looked correct, but breaking army started on its own Tuesday (instead of Friday as expected) which was really confusing.

I noticed the timezone settings shifted a few times over this period between showing No specific timezone, Local timezone then back to UTC+8 and then back to Local timezone again.
I'm sure i'm not the only one getting confused with all these changes

Guild party now has timegating on it for no reason. There is no reason guilds should not be able to run parties whenever they want since there is no matchmaking.
