That outfit is part of the partnership thing head to social go to partnership and then it should be there if not I guess y'all don't have it I wouldn't know

When you open ur menu there's a lil box called social bottom left and then after that there's this thing called partnership

Partnership is the feature where you send gifts to your friend

Took me like 2-3 Hours to get of just pure grinding I farmed the actual boss the that dropped it but he never actually gave it to me so I had to get the cosmetic tokens to buy it.

Zheng E? Nah don't think so you can get it from killing Tian Yang from the halo campaign it's a drop from his cosmetic chest you can also just buy it from the cosmetic shop.
