IS it true that the Sword Unseen outfit is being made a gacha?

is the Sword unseen Outfit truely being made into a gacha item? After it was consdier a Cash Shop buyable on teh CN servers? What will be different between the CN server outfit bundle and the event bundle that make it worthy of being a gacha pulled item now? instead of a flat sum? Am hearing alot of unfair stuff even form CN transfers?
Can any staff or Moderator confirm this or inform us of this, and tell us what is going on

Actually...i dont need to download the CN server to check on everything they added, i found a post on reddit thanks to another dude in these comments and also my complain is about the price the skin rn, the way they are selling the skin, not that i dont like the skin or got unlucky with my rolls
