There are 7 items and you can draw 7 times. Each time you draw, the price increases (similar to other gachas). You cannot draw the same item twice. So basically, you only get 7 draws. You can also find the explanation directly on this page in the game. If you draw the outfit, you get everything else for free. So that's the main prize.

At least that's how I understand it.
