it's part of the set from the premium gacha (Musical Grace Set). i haven't dyed it at all.

I just tweaked one of the presets (the first one), so that shape is how it was when I selected it. I couldn't really find a good face (one that I liked), unlike in SoJ where there were a lot of good faces.

If you zoom in on your map close enough, you should see different activity icons. One of them is a fight with a npc which gives a premium banner pull as a reward if you win. Then you just have to get lucky.
