I tried: Restarting and switching to online mode to see if anything changes, nothing happened.

I would suggest nobody use jade or customisation tickets for now as this is still broken for a lot of people. No matter what, whenever I reset, it always reverts back to default and sometimes, just for the funsies, it changes gender and race. 😬

Yes, it is a know issue but it doesn't hurt to send the game support team more reportsif you follow the guide in #game-support it will let you know how to reach them and the steps to take.

It's not fixed. Not for everyone. I've tried reseting my face and makeup numerous times and wasted an hour or so doing it, for it to go back to default upon exiting. It's still broken for a lot of people, and I'm sure they're aware, so I'd wait.

go to appearance and customise appearance. instead of editing face, switch over to makeup tab. delete your initial makeup saved file. then create a new one. when creating the new one, click randomise for a new face. go to foundation, don’t click the option for “no foundation” just edit the color of the one it randomised to and save.

I've been playing with default character because no customization works for me... cant change features, add tattoos, skin color, nada. Only the eye color can be changed and it defaults back each time I log in. I want to enjoy the game like everyone else, but this is a complete let down and kills my enjoyment...for those it works for, awesome, I envy you, but for us that it doesn't... any idea when? See them talk about all these other things, and not a single mention of this issue...😭

I used this and contacted them and they aren’t even aware because we have to contact them properly.

I submitted them my video of exactly whats going on yesterday and they responded today.
