okay, about this one. It seems that for global version the procedure is a bit different. You need to get into the game, and be able to access the in-game settings menu, since the account linking feature is in there.
It should be (on PC):
Esc -> Settings ... scroll to the right ... -> account linking center (the name by memory, is not exact)

You have to set the entire game to English, otherwise the Unbind option never appears. In my case, the game was in French.
I would have liked to send you screenshots to show you, but since it's blocked, it's not a big deal.

So, to unlink your account from the game, you absolutely must set the entire game to English; otherwise, the option won't be available, and this isn't mentioned anywhere.

Yes, but the trophies are bugged and don't sync when you unlock them on PC; it's impossible to get them on PS5 because the achievements don't sync & drop automatically.

I rented the house in Kaifeng, but I can't place any furniture on the ground floor. I keep getting the same error message: "Unable to place below ground level."

I don't want to speak to soon, but for the CE-117773-6 "Something went wrong" issue on PS5 here's what helped. I think it was #4 that did it, but I've only been playing for about 2 hours now with no errors. Earlier today it was happening every few minutes. Normally I can play for 5-45 minutes before a crash. It's been better since trying this.

1. Restart Console
2. Restore Licenses
3. Sign out, and sign in
4. Set your primary and secondary DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 respectively

Whenever I try to launch the game from its official launcher it perform all the checks, and after the checking for update part, it tries to download a few MBs of Data but it never starts and instead gets stuck on 00.00%/1.63 MBs and speed is also at 00.00. After a few seconds of being stuck there it shows an error popup with the following message, "Connection to server failed. Click OK to retry. Click Cancel to exit.". I have restarted my laptop and internet router but it did not change anything. ​I installed this game on 22/11/25, played on 23/11/25 and 24/11/25 and shut it down, but had this error by night of 24/11/25 and could not launch the game. Installation was from the official website.

since the PlayStation 5 patch yesterday and to be more specific for the past 12 hours. I've had serious game issues ranging from screen locking up and freezing, to system turning off completely.

For info I have roughly 120h game time played, and only started having issues the past two days.

For even more specific details. if I idle for more than 5 mins, the console turns off. Requiring a full power cycle to make it operable again. Absolutely no warnings before hand for overheating issues.

No error codes so can't send them sadly. (It happened twice tonight watching the cutscene from new story mission)

The Oddities are not being counted towards the PS5 trophy for collecting 200 Oddities in Kaifeng. I have 0% on my PlayStation accounts, but I've collected about 10 so far...
The Oddities in Qinghe were counted normally, and I even got the trophy there, but the problem is in Kaifeng. Please fix this error as soon as possible and make the system retroactively count what we have already collected, otherwise it will be impossible to get the trophy for those who have already collected more than 150 and didn't know it.

when you alt+f4 the game or it crashes your character usually stays in the game for some time (assume ~15-20 minutes). It may be connected with you being unable to load back. Try either waiting out, or disrupting your pc/game connection to the internet so your character will be timed out, and try afterwards.

Playing coop with friend > I shoot pigeon in Heavens pier > I get the secret node that auto completes the "Experience" related to the zone > it actually doesn't reward me that but I got the letter > I go solo mode and check my compendium> letter is there but "Experience" still not completed .

This lead to zone being permanently stuck at 99% and me unable to 100% Qing for the rest of time

Things I tried :
Contacted support both through email , the ingame support thing and also bug feedback.
I got a NOT SO HELPFUL suggestion of "repair game" which simply won't fix a data error on my acc.
(If support lacks proper L1/L2 support I can offer myself for a low end EU salary)

Oh and if I repeat kill pigeons in Heaven pier for more letters it says " Max reward limit reached" .

I can send screenshots if needed

Bugged quest? - Echoes of Old Battles

Objective that I am stuck on - Use Mighty Drop to activate the training ground contraption (stairwell leading down)

The problem - The platform is raised and despite using Mighty Drop (single, double, triple jump and Q) it will not activate the contraption for the stairs

Restarting the quest seemingly does nothing but guides me to the gold marker on the platform indicating that I need to use Mighty Drop

Hello everyone FYI after lots of research and trial and attempts i have concluded that Sages Knoll - Old friend NPC "Mountain Dweller" is currently bugged . He was not bugged in prior patches so its something new that has been broken (He also used to be with chinease letters before. Now his dialogue is in english so i assume something with translations broke the Ai interaction.

Things i have tried to resolve this -

idk where the problem exists in their support system, it might be that theyre just understaffed and told to spam template responses and avoid directly answering questions, or there might just be a super heavy ai front before you even get to a human being. I went back and forth with them for 9 days and on day 7 i started finally getting some resemblance of directly acknowledging my questions, although they still tried to be as roundabout as possible with their answers and essentially told me "we cant help you with what happened because it happened" (im cutting corners here but yeah). I genuinely doubt its even the fault of the customer support department cause it actually just makes their job harder; they're probably just instructed to give non-answers and use templates and whatever to get to the next one as quickly as possible. Hope that gets better later on cause game experience = 10/10, support experience might be one of the worst ive seen out of any company ever

Hello. I fought and beat River King but got no achievement ingame for It and no trophy on PS5 (Savior of Kaifeng), i opened a ticket on the customer service but nothing was done to remediate the situation.

I watched the interaction from the Boss with the master after the battle.

I saw on the CN version that we can do “interaction poses” with other players when they’re disguised as NPCs. But why can’t I do it with my friend?

My disguise shop level is 8. I invited my co-op friend into my world and tried the interaction pose, and he also invited me to do it. But in both cases, the disguised player just stands still while the other one does the animation… alone.

I know that in disguise mode we can’t do anything besides walking and running. However, I’ve tried solo poses in photo mode and those work fine. But for animated poses, the character just stays standing still.

Is this a bug? Or do we need to unlock a certain quest? Or was this feature not included in the global version of WWM?

I started Where Winds Meet on Steam and linked it to my NetEase account. Later, I used the Epic version (for GeForce NOW) and accidentally created a new character/account there. Now Steam cannot bind to Epic, and I am afraid binding NetEase on Epic will overwrite my level 60 character from Steam. How can I make Epic/GeForce NOW use my existing NetEase/Steam character without losing progress?

I asked in game support, keep asking me to use pc client. But I have already using it and I only see Netease login method, or binding but nothing for epic platform login nor option for epic user to delete epic account character. 🙄 any idea

PS5: Having randomn error codes disconnecting me from game especially when I do Heroes Realm or Sword Trial and there's 2 bosses, after defeating the first boss it automatically disconnects me and gives me the error code. I have to re log and hopefully I can still claim that round if the party leader hasn't teleported everyone to the next boss. It's been doing this after the new patch pls fix. Hey guys I have a big problem, I bought the elite battle pass for $10 3 days ago when was at battle pass 19 but using the claim all button didn't work all it did was check mark the rewards but I didn't get all of them especially the 5x battle pass surprise chest! They are no where to be found, nope not in mail, not in inventory either, I never received them. Been trying to talk to customer service in game and email and they are just giving me the run around. I reached 23 today in battle pass and used claim all button again and I noticed that it still shows the whole bottom row saying you would get these if you get the battle pass but I bought it and says unlocked it just check marked boxes but no rewards so clicking triangle to look at upgrade pass then back I was able to click on the 2 rewards and claim them but still never received a lot of previous rewards especially the 5x battle pass surprise chests! Where can I report this issue in this wwm chat so they can get me the rewards I paid for??? Please help!

The problem is that clicking the button on the right corner bottom claim all does not claim all I've been able to claim my recent Level Up Rewards by selecting the individual boxes and claiming them however I did not receive the four pillow pills and my five battle surprise chests can we have somebody please do something and fix this issue for me.

Pvp broken, 2 builds to dominate them all, in 50 pvp games 45 were duals and nameless, they dont take stun, they got 6 shields they have 6 talents that allow them not to take stun, they can pass walls while as an umbrela and fan user u just stay there stun locked, u can parry 5 hits at most how is it fair? How is pvp enjoyable, no fun for opponents cause they just smash 3 buttons and they win and it's just rinse and repeat very monotonous, how can u double down on the things everyone complained in the first place??? Please do something cause it's so unfair to not be able to parry, stun, or use fan cause 80% of time when u use fan it's 1m in front of them or next to them almost never on them, how is it possible????

hi sorry to bother guys, I have a really bad bug in game and I can’t get it fixed no matter what I try.
I did a quest yesterday, used a mythic skill and after that my character was just walking uncontrollably in one direction, keyboard and ps4 controller not reacting at all, can’t even close the game without force quit.
No matter what I do I just load into that game state where I‘m randomly walking in one direction, through buildings, people etc. at some point character is even no clipping under the floor and still walking. I tried restarting game and whole pc, tried alt\shift\f4 and tabbing out/in, tried the unstuck in settings and am now verifying game files in steam to see if this helps.
I‘m so lost and literally did nothing wrong to cause such a bug T-T just did the main quest and it got f*d up 💀

It usually happens because interactions animations has a higher priority in execution than other things.
You should be able to play again after you close the game and wait for ~15 minutes for your character to get logged out and their state reset.

On the map, I can place markers and I have 20 available. However, when I place a marker, it is consumed but does not appear on the map.

2. Adventure Mission Bug – “Well of Heaven Special Training”
There is a mission in the Adventure list called Well of Heaven Special Training. It should always contain 3 tasks, with the last one being Additional Reward.
All my friends can see this task, but I cannot. I was able to see it before, reported the issue, but it is still not fixed.

3. Recipe Progress Bug
I completed all related tasks (melody and fishing) and purchased the recipe from the Meow Meow shop. However, there are still 3 recipes "Wine Mushrooms, Crisp Crap Noodles, Pufferfish Soup" bugged and not unlocked as shown in the game.
I have reported this issue more than 3 times, but it has not been fixed yet.

Sometimes when I send a message, it appears in my own chat as if it was sent successfully, but other players cannot see it and it does not actually reach them. I have noticed this issue occurring multiple times, especially in the Guild Chat.

HEY I've been having trouble using the search function in the Gallery to look up Appearances, Scenarios, Dyes, anything that players can create and upload.

When I view their Submissions they also don't show their submission name, or even the creators username
The Submission will always be "ART" and a unique identifier code, for example:

Is there any way for me to fix this so I can see the names of submissions and use the search functionality again?

Then from WWM, link the NetEase account to your WWM account
From then on, you can still use original WWM login if OR NetEase account
