Game just randomly applying makeup and won't let me change skin color or makeup when I go in to fix it. And each time I open the character creation its changed the makeup to something new.

Same thing happened to me. I tested it a little by restarting character creation multiple times just before picking a name. It looks like when you modify certain options in the makeup section like lip makeup, eyeshadow and possibly eyebrows the bug triggers. My character looks normal now after I avoided them. Hopefully they’ll fix it soon.
