Hair colour yes, not in the creator, but y you can dye your hair later

But in new updates? Or when does the story mode progress?

Later as in, when you are in the game itself, you can dye your hair when you get some dyes through gameplay. The dyes are RGB colour picker, so you can be bright red, bright orange, bit of green/blue, whatever you want really.

Oh, perfect my friend. My last question is, is there a gradient or more than one color in the hair, or is it simply a color palette?

Depends on the haircut

So you have three areas on each hairstyle, but the areas and how they work change per hair, then theres three types things
