My guy is an elegant nobleman. While the joy of his youth was adventuring outside of his native feif, developing his survival and martial arts skills on his great journeys - he eventually returned home to focus on formal education, becoming a scholar and a merchant. Though he is considered much more responsible now than in his youth - he still enjoys his favorite past times when he has a chance - good restaurants, time with his favorite woman, and a great adventure!
