**As a global server player, I’m extremely dissatisfied with both the monetization of this outfit and your response to the backlash.
For the exact same outfit, CN gets a 248 RMB direct purchase (about 2,480 echo beads), while global is forced into a gacha that can go up to around 7,740 echo beads. That alone already feels far from “fair”.
More specifically, thanks to the global server’s success (global launch, Top 3 on Steam’s bestseller list), the CN server received two separate rewards of 10 Lingering Melody pulls each — a total of 20 pulls. The global server, meanwhile, only got a single 10-pull, and that 10-pull very clearly feels like pure hush money, without addressing the core problem of unfair pricing and gacha-only access.
Given this context, lines like “Miles Apart, Close at Heart” and “We value fairness above all else” read as empty slogans that dodge the real issue, rather than a sincere attempt to listen to and respect global players.
Please answer directly:
• Why are global players paying a higher, RNG-gated cost for identical content?
• Why did most of the celebration rewards tied to global-server achievements go to CN first?
Posting a soft PR-style message and throwing 10 pulls at global is not an adequate or respectful response to this situation.
