I tried to pick up the Antique from Dasan Pass, the Cliff-Surveying Rope, but the option to collect it disappeared when I clicked on it and instead showed me "Reward Claim limit reach". since relaying would bring the value of gear that's supposed to be on level 86 to level 91 which in some cases yellow gonna be purple (since the max value on higher level is higher) so if you can reroll then it'll have the value of level 91
