Well, there is some kind of downside to this 🤔
- Yes, High Elven exists and is "implemented"
- But you automatically speak it when you chose to embrace the elven culture.
Would be nice to have some kind of semi event where your character learns it 
could give Eastpointed the opportunity to "dump some lore"
