Make strict dataset checking optional

Hello, can strict dataset checking be made optional like axolotl? Sometimes the dataset is so large that there is no way to validate and fix each row. Most of the times it happens because of repeated roles such as User -> Assistant -> Assistant. The models are smart enough to understand the roles
