Inferno Island Rocket Racing Week 1 stuck at 7/8 Bugged Out not rewarding music kit

Summary:
I finished all quests for inferno island rocket racing, however it says 7/8 for week 1 and it's an empty page with nothing to do and I was not given the music kit. Epic support told me to make a ticket here.

Description:
Finished all the quests for inferno racing and yet Week 1 got stuck at 7/8. Chatting with support has been unhelpful and they want me to post on discord because they say this is where the bug fixers are.

Expected Result:
I get the molten mix music kit.

Actual Result:
Week 1 is stuck at 7/8 and I cannot get the reward because there's no way to progress to 8/8.

Additional Information:
I've been through 3 tickets with support already, they've told me this has already been fixed and I shouldn't have this issue(not sure why they do that, like I'd waste my time chatting support up for no reason), other support told me they can see this is a problem but can't award the item themselves. They all want me to make a reddit thread, a discord thread and post on x(where a scammer tried to steal my account and fortnite status, epic or TIm have yet to reply there). So I did try all the options. Support had me verify files which I did but of course it wont help because this is server data, which isn't stored on my pc, it's on epic's servers. I restarted the game, of course that didn't fix it. They had me report a bug using the in game feature to report bugs, which exposed a bug with that feature, as the menu pops on the right side and hides a third of the screen so you couldn't see my progression is stuck at 7/8. So all reports I sent through that are useless because whoever is looking at the image can't tell what is going on. I escalated to e-mail and despite someone responding they ghosted me, they probably just can't figure it out. Not sure why they don't just give the item and move on.

no, there isnt. which, according to how the game shows quests, means that they should be all completed

They don't expire and I couldn't have missed anything. Support even claimed this has been a bug before where completion wasn't right, yet they claimed to have fixed it at some point and told me it should be fixed. When I told them it's not as I still show 7/8 and the music kit is not in my inventory, they said to post here.

But it's happened before with the jack sparrow quests where you finished everything but it showed 6/8 for some people, and after the event they gave everyone the ship, when I messaged them then they told me it would be fixed and awarded in the next patch, normally they fix these bugs, however they seem to show no interest in fixing this one, as the three support reps I spoke with all brushed me off with "post it on discord, reddit and x" and the same after I escalated to e-mail, the support rep simply stopped responding.
