Months!? For real? I signed up for access to the beta during my trial, became a paying customer and still haven’t received a word. I switched my stuff from AWS but my main customer is keeping their ~12 projects on AWS until they feel like bunny.net is a stable enough alternative. Still haven’t managed to convince them.
Honestly I expected to get access in July at the latest.
Hi @graceful smelt. Would you mind sharing your email with me? We’ve added several batches of users to the closed beta, and I believe everyone who signed up by September should already have access. We’ve slowed down onboarding a bit lately, but based on your signup date, you should be included.

No I’m not blaming you here, I was just hoping to migrate this customer from AWS for privacy/GDPR/US-EU reasons and even if they consider that somewhat urgent they still don’t want migrate due to their impression even though I’ve presented the case from a bunch different angles. I’ve just migrated some simple stuff to show how it would work but it’s still a no. To be honest, Discord for support is a rather large minus too…
I signed up in May/June when they asked me to find a viable platform to migrate away from AWS. I presented a solution with bunny.net/Gandi to manage all domain, DNS and CDN options they are currently using.

Yeah I get that and I’m personally fine with it in community forums and support in general. Any forum solution would’ve worked and discord has most of what you need for this. But then there are customers who don’t really care about that stuff, they just want to pay for service and support, not engage in a community. And Discord can look a bit too playful maybe? Don’t really know how to put this…
