Enable the ability to modify settings in bulk. Certain specific configurations, such as PZ records, as well as all options under the "Advanced Settings" section, are currently not editable when attempting to apply changes on a large scale. A "Bulk Settings" option would be highly appreciated.

i haven't tried it myself, but i think managing many settings can be easily done via terraform

i've done it via terraform, and yes it's definitely better for bulk config

but it does require a bit of time learning it (maybe 1-2 hours?)

in addition, gotta sync the existing infra into terraform

oh, then having the bulk settings via dashboard will be helpful for non tech folks
