#How to properly ask for S3 support

As someone who has successfully asked for S3 support several times without getting banned, I think I'm the right person to share some secret tricks.

  1. Don't ping bunny staff directly with your question about the release date of S3. You never know what the bunnies are working on right now. One might be working on S3 at the exact moment you ping them. Looking at your ping and responding = less time on the development of S3. We don't want that.

  2. Check if the timing is appropriate. If someone already asked for S3 support the same day you want to ask, let it slide and wait for your chance. Someone else already took one for the team and the least we want to do is to stress the bunnies out.

  3. Work your way up. Don't just ask the question right away. Be nice about it. Applaud them for their recent work and write a nice comment about it (if you don't know, just copy the latest title from their blog). After you've shown some interest for other stuff, the water is clear to ask your question.

Please note that I take no responsibility if my tips get you banned. I'm hoping for the best here myself!

So you mean I can spam "S3 support when?" every day as long as nobody else is doing the same?
