Items in consumable tab keep moving around?

Before any match i setup my bandages/potions in order so they're easier to access when I'm fighting, but every god damn match they get scrambled around without me touching them. I don't know if this is a bug but it's absolutely frustrating being in the middle of a fight and realizing your health potion got replaced with a strawberry juice or some other stupidity that I never put in my consumable tab

I've played many games without touching a single potion/bandage and the results are the same, my consumable tab will have a bunch of random i never put in it.
