Hello, so the issue is lag.
In Festival, every time I go to play a song (instrument choice doesn't matter), ^it will always lag/stutter and will cause me to miss either 1 ~ 4 notes. It is incredibly noticeable when it happens as well, which also ruined a lot of my Full Clears and attempts at trying to clear these two Prestige Quests: Accuracy Master and Streak of Nature. Now, Streak of Nature is a Prestige Quest based in Battle Stage, quest being summed up as just maintaining your note-streak. Accuracy Master requires, well, good accuracy on increasingly harder difficulties.
Both of these quests would be easy to do, except for Festival lagging every time (refer to ^ symbol). I play on a Nintendo Switch 1, which I get that it's an older-gen system, but other games run fairly smoothly on it (i.e.: little to no stuttering/lag), and I don't think it would be a memory or storage issue, as my Switch has lots of it.
Reproducing it (*it being the lag) is easy (on an older system), just play a long song (like, 5~9 minutes) or a short song (about 1~3 minutes), and choose any instrument, when the song loads play as flawlessly as possible. Around either a few seconds or minutes into the song it will start to stutter or lag. If that happens there is a chance that even when playing flawlessly, the game will stutter and will cause a missed note (even though the input for that note was pressed when it happens).
As for what's causing it, I have a theory that it's due to the in-game Festival camera panning around the crowd during the song (as that's when I notice the lagging/stuttering). And it is consistent every song ((T_T)).
** TL;DR:** In Fortnite Festival, there are Festival Prestige Quests, with each quest being unique, and there are two quests that are near-impossible on an older-gen console with how much Festival lags.
