No enemies in the Land of Monsters

Everything else respawned but there was no enemies, not even the Shatter Spawn Dragon.

I went back in to report bug/take this screen shot and logged out from there.

I logged back in and was at the Monastery at the portal.

Went back in and the enemies were back and the Dragon spawned.

Playing on PC in Expert world.

So relog will fix but wasted the timers on the buffs, not cool

Just had the exact same issue. Land of monsters was totally empty, no mobs, no dragon. Loggin out from the boss and re-logging in also resolved the issue for me.
