The spires next to storms area's aren't activating.

No matter if i change difficulty, reload the world nor if storm is beaten and turned off(as seen on screens)these spires are always in this activeless state, making them useless . I'm on xbox and the world id can be seen on screenshots.

Apparently the update caused spires to “double” and had a dormant clone pasted over it

Was there a spire here that was defeated recently?
