I was told you have to get the storm chaser village to 10 before the boat build unlocks? If true then for solo players that might not happen for awhile. The boat shouldn't be dependent on the village being 10. What does it have to do with defeating the storm king. Please make the boat available at a lower level of the village.

I’m not at 10 and have the barge I’m pretty sure?

I didnt even talked to the stalker guy who starts the storm content and I still have the barge

I wish you knew how you got the barge before the village upgrades because I still haven't been able to unlock it 😦
