When you broke the three pink crystals did you go back to the main entrance? There should be a golden chest and a rift next to it. When near that rift it will say descend. Enter it and it will take you further down the dungeon

no I didn't go to main entrance I destroy all 3 crystals and went back to the rift that waz closed and the quest didn't count for me I waz on my last storm cave I tried closing my game and left my world to see if it would count and nothing I just noticed certain people on reddit had the same problem I hope it gets fixed
