They can be turned. Which platform are you on?

Yeah you have to jump through hoops to get it to rotate, platforms swivels chairs. I was hoping you can just place before attacking for a quick weapon. If it's not on a vehicle or used for traveling at base, I would just skip it

By platform I mean switch,xbox, PC etc

It only turns up and down cause side to side rotation is meant to be done via swivel
