For this one I built everything independently on a foundation I laid except for the large building, then I modified that build. The "condos" you see are a form of a modified watch tower. Bottom level is villager rooms and top is guest rooms. I also have an additional garden and compost area built to the back of the main building that I've not pictured yet and will add here later.
