arctic sage
1 - remove the ability of hostile entity's spawning in the village radius
2 - allow us to update the village banner using the village square
3 - give the ability for villagers to build buildings for us, and make it take like 2 - 3 days in game for the villager/s to help
4 - if villagers have the same job, they should be able to work together and make it faster, via a option on jobs
