Alter the specific center of mass on spears

Somehow it just kinda deleted itself

But basically i posted about how most medieval spears had tapered shafts or counterweights to make their center of mass closer to that of a sword's(closer to the base than the tip) so they were easy to hold with one hand or with both hands closer to the back, and it would be nice for us to have that on our spears (ideally with making the long spear's blade a bit shorter if that ends up being the case) to better distinguish them from their current halberd/naginata/poleaxe alternatives
