Do you both have TimeStepStabilizer? It could be an issue with that caused by performance struggles.

I'll test tonight with something like bot spawns to mimic it w/ and without the mod to see if it happens then

okay i tested in both a solo and private multiplayer server with the mod on, it doesn't seem to affect things even with a larger amount of ais. not sure what the cause would be then, besides maybe interactions with some other mod? if this is happening in vanilla though then I'd have no idea where to start

It seems to be caused by extreme wrist movement
