Hey if using Mods, we can't help you with this, does this happen in the Vanilla game as well?

We can help with the base game here, otherwise it might be something for #modding to look into this, if it's something happening in the vanilla base game only as well we can look at it

Yeah this is definitely caused by a mod. RespawnSystem is not prepared for dismemberment
