Hello Tripo3D Support Team,
I’m experiencing an issue with your service. When I click the Export button, it redirects me to a subscription page even though I expected this feature to be free.
Also, the “Send to Blender” option does not work at all. I tried using it on PC, but nothing happens when I click it.
Could you please clarify if these features are now part of a paid plan, or if this is a bug?
