A forum channel for users to post their projects and required help/guidance they need, which other users can comment on.
It can be categorised into:

Active:

Completed:

And the poster can mark as completed when they have completed their current obstacle.
It would keep other channels cleaner and pinpoint where someone needs help.

How to Set Up a "Project Help" Forum Channel

1. Create the Channel
Click the + icon next to a category to create a new channel.
Select Forum as the channel type.
Name the channel (e.g., project-help or project-guidance).

2. Set Up Status Tags
Right-click the new channel and select Edit Channel.
Scroll down to the Tags section.
Create your status tags (e.g., 🟢 Active and 🔴 Completed). You can also add category tags here like "Texturing," "Meshing," etc.
Crucial Step: Toggle on Require people to select tags when posting. This forces users to categorize their help request right out of the gate.

3. Set Channel Guidelines
In the same settings menu, use the Post Guidelines box to drop a quick instruction: "Tag your post as 'Active'. Once your issue is resolved, please edit your tags to 'Completed' to keep the board clean!"

How it works for the users:
To ask for help: A user clicks New Post, adds a title, describes their obstacle, selects the Active tag, and hits post. It creates a dedicated, clean thread.

To mark as resolved: Once the community has helped them over the hurdle, the original poster just right-clicks their post (or clicks the three dots at the top of the thread), selects Edit Tags, removes "Active," and checks "Completed."
