Hello, about 10 hours ago, during the early morning, Tripo AI charged me $20 for my subscription renewal.

I wanted to ask if it would be possible to request a refund, since I was not planning to continue using Tripo and I forgot to cancel the automatic renewal.

Could I receive a refund and have the credits removed from my account?
