Lazy Aimmy Install

Now has SkipAimmy and SkipSetups arguments so if you already have aimmy but dont have the runtimes you can use those arguments to only install what you want,

SkipAimmy Skips installing aimmy
Skipsetups Skips installing the runtimes
(only one argument at a time)

now has a catch on GetGPU names so it shoulnt crash if you dont have System.Management for some reason,
Added a last set of asking if you want to open aimmy (since people dont know how to :/)

To use arguments use cmd to execute Lazy aimmy like this

used arguemnts will show up in green
