A tribute fake commercial for the classic European Ford P7 model. I spent my childhood circling through events where people who collect these gather, as my father is one of them. So, before you watch, I want to share a note on how this was actually built.

Context: We are standing at the edge of a new era. But let’s be real—AI technology is still in its infancy. We are not at the push a button, make a movie stage yet. We have a long road ahead before we can generate a full-length feature that holds up to a Hollywood lens.
But this... this is the first step.

For the lore-keepers: This entire project was created before the establishment of the HiggsField Cinematic Studio. It’s a snapshot of a specific moment in time. The coming of this cinematic studio, I think, has taken down 40% of the work that was calculated from taking down 70% of the time actually used to create a movie. Damn!

And this wasn't just prompting.

For every single frame you see, I had to train the visuals on my own custom AIs to get that specific cinematic look. I have a library of custom models now that act as my cinematographers, helping me sculpt the lighting and texture frame by frame.

You’ll notice the action shots are still a bit... raw.
That is completely on me. My editing skills are still chompy, and fleshing out fluid combat with generative video is the hardest hurdle right now. I’m still learning, still grinding, and I promise, the next one will always be smoother.

The Mean One: Rebranded (AI Short Film) 🎬 🎄

The Concept: I wanted to explore a "Corporate Satire" take on the Grinch. Instead of stealing Christmas, he "pivots" to a new business model: Strategic Relocation. He trades the sleigh for a Gulfstream G650ER and moves to a tropical resort to teach a stressed-out executive the true meaning of the holiday: doing absolutely nothing.

The Workflow (Character Development): The biggest challenge was maintaining character consistency across multiple scenes (jet, nightclub, resort). I used Gemini Nano Banana Pro for deep character development, assigning specific tokens to physical traits to lock in the identity before moving to video generation.

While the results aren't 100% perfect yet, it was incredibly fun executing the script and seeing these characters come to life through the tech.

The visuals needed to feel heavy, tactile, and cinematic, and this tech allowed me to direct every shadow and beam of light.

The haunting score, a funeral march for a fallen world, was composed using Suno, channeling the emotional weight of Endgame. The voiceover—the weary, broken warning of a timeline that should never exist—was brought to life using ElevenLabs, capturing the gravity of a man speaking to a ghost.

This isn't just a trailer; it's a "What If?" that breaks my heart every time I watch it. I hope it resonates with you too.

I am experimenting with Flow - very new to it. I wanted to make a comparison between using the exact same prompt to generate images and videos, both in the Flow tool. I'm fascinated by the fact that the man differs between the two mediums. (The headboards are different in all three.)

My expectation was due to it being the same exact prompt, it would simply take what it had already created or something very similar to that, and turn it into a video, but it seems like the image generation and video generation are not connected.

The prompt used for both image and video: "A gentle, kind mind in his early fifties is engaging in woodworking activities the yard of his cabin in a Pennsylvania forest bordering the Poconos. He has wavy brown hair to the base of his neck, a short, trimmed, neat beard and kind, dark eyes with a tanned but not exotic skin color. It's obvious that the piece he's working on - a headboard for a bed - is being made for someone he cares deeply about, with love and precision, with a motif that mirrors the beauty of nature that surrounds him."

Every image generator and video generator will give different outputs but remain with the guidelines, what you need to do is first generate a image you like, then use that as a start frame you can always use an end frame if it's very similar it will not flash to a new scene.

Hello everyone. This is the first time I've uploaded something to the gallery; I hope I've met the requirements. I'm trying to bring some 3D renderings to life using Flow, Daz Studio and my own 3D assets. I've only been testing Flow for a few days, but I really like the results, even though I've used up almost all my credits trying to make the animated scene look as much like the original renderings as possible. Some of the clips I've generated have some errors; for example, in this clip, four baby birds appear at the beginning, then one disappears, leaving only three. The original render only had three. I still don't know how to write the instructions to prevent this from happening; but with practice I hope to improve.

My experience is that the first four sec is most accurate. And you can provide prompts (with timestamp) and last frame to help a bit. Another way is to crop the first four sec and generate another clip using the last frame of the trimmed four sec clip.

Generating consistent images is easy but keeping those characters consistent over the course of an 8 second video generation is harder. I figured out a workflow to generate character sheets in NB then use those in Ingredients to video. It works pretty great for 1-2 characters. Very cool! One thing I have noticed with more realistic AI content is that the 'uncanny valley' centers around the m9uth movements and speech delivery speed. First that mouths over-enunciate words & syllables and second that speech is slower than normal human speech.
I'm just dipping my toe into AI generated video and I'm going to try a prompt that makes mouth movements more 'mumbly'/less perfect, and then I'll speed up speaking scenes by 10%-15%.
Anyway, I really like the comprehensive world building and era-authenticity you made. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I used Flow to create a short cinematic film. It helped me generate the characters, storyboards, and even multiple angle variations to explore different visual directions.

While some of the output feedback felt a bit sloppy, I think Flow actually did a very solid job, especially considering it was able to generate a slow-motion cinematic fight scene with strong visual continuity.

My favorite feature was the 3×3 storyboard grid generation. It was incredibly helpful, giving me multiple composition options at once and making it much easier to experiment with scene construction and shot selection.

The Concept: A story about breaking the cycle of scorekeeping. I wanted to see how far I could push the Classic 2D Disney style while maintaining character and location consistency across 15+ shots.

Workflow Highlights:

Style: Traditional Hand-Drawn / Watercolor textures.
Consistency: Location Locks for the main environments.
Characters: Multi-angle character sheets to keep Elias and Elara pinned.
Audio: Visual Lock first, then ElevenLabs V3 for performance.

Prompt Tip: To stop the "phantom dialogue" in Veo, I used a (silent) and closed mouth override at the end of my prompts. Worked like a charm.

StarCraft-inspired AI cinematic (fan-made)

Just sharing a short sci-fi experiment I made using Google Flow / Veo (mobile version). This is a non-commercial, fan-made project inspired by classic RTS vibes.

Workflow-wise, I mixed Frames to Video and Ingredients to Video — building characters and key moments first, then using ingredients to guide motion and continuity. I also leaned heavily on AI while writing prompts, treating it like a creative partner: iterating descriptions, refining camera language, and locking visual details until things felt consistent.

My prompting style is pretty simple: I write everything like live-action shots — real camera terms, subtle movement, locked character designs, and short standalone clips so it feels grounded instead of animated. A lot of it is trial-and-error, analyzing what Flow gives back, then tightening prompts based on that.

Not affiliated with Blizzard or Google — just exploring what Flow can do on mobile.

The wait for the Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint anime is agonizing, so for today's Anime A Day challenge, we took matters into our own hands. We fed the iconic webtoon panels of Dokja Kim facing the First Scenario into the AI to see if it could capture the "Constellation" level quality this series deserves.

Did it get it right? Or did the Fourth Wall glitch out?

Truth be told, I don't feel this was a faithful adaption of ORV. I think the app understood what we were attempting to do, but it did not follow the manga page we provided. It looks like it tried to create Goblin, a character from the show, but made him as a bat-like creature, and the monster attacking the train wasn't as it was in the manga/webtoon. So, room for improvement. The way I look at it though, it's a great start - the main character does look like Dokja, and it did take some of the elements of the manga pages provided. And remember, this is the worst it will ever be. It will only improve from here!

This is a short I made with a combination of platforms, including Google Flow. I made it because of a dinner table conversation with my son who is studying Abe Lincoln's VP in his US history class. We joked last night that nobody knows who this guy is anymore--and they certainly don't sing about him.

All done with veo, my theory is that you need to stay in the same project folder in flow so it makes the same'ish voice. I then download the videos and use capcut to put them together. Need to cut about 0,3s from the end of each clip to get it close to the start frame. Sure, elevenlabs would do better job in terms of voice stability, but I don't find the tinkering fun. More enjoy coming up with a script that I think is somewhat funny and put that together😅

The hype about Kling and Seedance isn't empty. They did leapfrog Veo (and of course Veo will leapfrog them sometime in coming weeks), but until they get a lot faster, they just aren't usable. Waiting 15-48 minutes for ONE video is just too damn slow.

Being ahead doesn't mean you can't do anything with other models. It just means head to head the others are better. There are things all three do fine. Veo is really bad on camera control, and scenes where there isn't much movement, but Kling is great with those. If it was as fast as Veo, I'd switch until Veo leapfrogs them back, but it's not even close on generation time, and I usually iterate in every scene, so unless I just can't get Veo to do something I use it because in the time I make one with Kling I made 12-20 with Veo.

I'll add that to a list of things to test, but it really just is awful at commands Veo 3 prompting recommendations say are supposed to work. Tracking shots usually work, but static shots and orbit rarely work. Telling it to go left or right doesn't work most of the time (up/down seems to work most of the time, though oddly).

Some of these did work better when Veo 3 first came out. Then some update happened and it went back to being roughly as bad as it was in Veo 2. There was a specific camera control function that worked better, but they took it away, and then later added the thing where you can select different camera control options in edit after a clip is already generated, but it's super buggy.

I took a frame grab from the fourth attempt (at 34 seconds in), and made the final attempt (at 1:49) of just the dog walking out the door. I later stitched the two together....
