#Textures become weird when opening the spawner menu

This is how the bob and potat textures have looked when I run out of VRAM.
I have to close the whole app for it to get back to normal. It didn't help to rejoin the session at least.
If it's my VRAM, something might happen when it try to load everything from the spawner 
It just happened again when I wasn't in the menu now, so doesn't seem to be related in that manner
It got fixed when I changed my settings from Epic to High, so maybe it is my VRAM then 
And now it happened again out of nowhere and even though I changed the settings to low now, it still looks bad. So I don't really know why it happens 
the icons in the spawner are dynamically generated, so it loads all the things and takes a picture of them basically, and this must be consuming the available VRAM and causing this issue
there are several paths to addressing this, but this won't happen soon
will have a short term mitigation to this issue
only open the categories you need to minimize resource usage
