OP weapon?

I found this weapon and it allows me to one shot everithing in comparison with my old weapon that only had a dps of 88 this is broken.
Also if i equipe every single ability like q e space LMB RMB with basic attack i can spam it very fast to the point of lagging my laptop. i was able to kill mini bosses at my level with a 14 sword oin like 2 seconds.

The second fight after this post i got this item wich is double the stats i don't know if this is intended or if there is a bug with the ratio's. This is strong enoegh to 1 shot melee purple guys. My level is 42 after the attle i don't know if my lvl and the enemies lvl have corrolation
