#HubSpot MCP Error: [424] tools: Error retrieving tool list from MCP server

I'm experiencing a 424 "Failed Dependency" error when loading tools for the HubSpot MCP server through the OpenAI Responses API. This issue is specific to HubSpot, all my other Composio MCP servers are working fine.

My HubSpot token works correctly when tested directly via Postman
I've tried both OAuth and private app tokens with the same result
I've recreated the HubSpot MCP server multiple times, issue persists
Most notably: I had a working HubSpot MCP server that functioned fine until today, when it suddenly started returning 424 errors

Any ideas what could be going on here?
Happy to provide connection IDs, logs, or any other information that would help troubleshoot.

Hey @neon sentinel, we found this while investigating the error. It looks like " ***424 "Failed Dependency" ***" error is from OpenAI.
