Hey Emiliano, we offer SLAs for our enterprise plans. They include increased usage limits, SLAs, custom terms, slack support, phone support and custom integrations.

Those plans begin at $5k per month and move upward. Our basic business plus plan with slack support for faster response times begin at $1,300 per month.
