Improve the UI to select available actions of a connector

I want to select available actions of a connector. For instance, we can set the scopes of slack to limit actions. However, the scopes of slack doesn't allow us to granuarily limit actions.
We can limit actions with the Limit Actions to form in the settings tag. However, finding and selecting with the pull down form is a bit hassle. If we can enable/disable actions with toggle in the Actions tag. That might be much easier to manage available actions of a connector.
